Information collected
The form collects contact details and the product, quantity, destination, and sourcing information you choose to provide. It does not accept attachments, payment data, identity documents, or marketing consent.
Purpose
Information is used to review, clarify, and respond to the specific sourcing or quotation request. A submission is not an order, availability promise, or marketing subscription.
Retention and access
Inquiry records are retained for up to 730 days and are visible only in the protected management area. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact hi@asterfound.com.
Abuse prevention
The service stores a one-way daily hash derived from the connecting network address to limit repeated submissions. Raw network addresses are not stored in the application database, and limit records expire after the daily window.
